Welcome to the Yeoju Museum's website.
The Yeoju Museum opened its doors in 1997 as 'the Yeoju Folk History Museum'. Since its opening, it has established the identities of Yeoju by surveying the history and relics of Yeoju and discovered academic materials.
After it had expanded its exhibitions in 2010, the museum registered as a Type 1 Specialty Museum and changed its name to Yeoju Museum. On July 14, 2016, the Yeoma-kwan Building (new building) was constructed, which made us possible to exhibit various artifacts scattered over Yeoju and the country.
We will continuously introduce the cultures of the premium city Yeoju by providing more spectacles,
cultural experiences and to establish Yeoju's traditional culture foundation.
